The country house is 800 meters from the village of CADILLAC with its 16th century castle. 35 minutes from the beautiful city of Bordeaux and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Ocean and the Bassin d'Arcachon. The space We welcome you to this 98 m2 country house for 6 people, quiet, surrounded by 6 hectares of meadows and woods. 2 terraces (southwest and west) allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the pleasant weather of the southwest. The house is well laid out, very well equipped with kitchen storage equipment in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom: Bathroom with double sink, large walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine, storage cupboard and clothes rack for your comfort. The living room contains an equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave oven, electric stove, hood, sink, refrigerator freezer section, many drawer storage units), the dining room (an oval table, 6 chairs) and the living room equipped with 2 sofas, a large screen TV and a wood stove for warm evenings. Meals can be enjoyed with the family on the 4x5 m terrace and enjoy the sunset. You will have direct access by car, private parking, 200 m2 garden, views of the hillsides and horse meadows. Guest access This house in the heart of the Entre 2 Mers enjoys a panorama of the typical hillsides of this region... it is 1/2 hour by car from Bordeaux, and from St EMILION, 1 hour from the beaches of the ARCACHON basin for a stay of discovery nearby and relaxation with walks, visits to cellars with local producers. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking, but you can smoke outside on one of the terraces at your disposal. If you want to stay with your pet, we need to talk about it before because we have our animals on the property too; also note that the garden is not enclosed so you have to watch them.
