La Molienda, the meeting place

A long time ago, it was the house of the miller owners. The kitchen is made to feed a big family, like the ones back in the day! This house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a big glazed living room and a porch heading East and a very charming. The space This is the biggest house of the "Cortijada" of the rural complex "el Molino de Fernán Pérez". It has a huge kitchen-dining room, a bathroom, three bedrooms and a glazed living room which heads East. Moreover, it has a private area with a garden from where you can see the village and other close by "cortijos". One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a built in wardrobe. The other two, very spacious, with two beds each. 4 more beds can be added under request. This way, the maximum capacity of this house is up to 9 people. You have a TV, electric heating, WI-FI connection and a camping-crib for babies. If you want to bring your pet, please let us know in advance and we will discuss your specific situation. Guest access The houses are surrounded by 2 hectares of land where you would be able to walk around and get to know bits of the local flora. In addition to this, we offer you two common areas: a barbeque zone and a Haima, where from time to time, we offer restoration services. This space may be rented to organise meetings and celebrations tailor-made. Another plus is the visit to the Windmill, which is part of the Andalusian Ethnographic Heritage, along with the reservoir.
