Fall in love with this house with views to the Windmill, a local decor and its open space full of serenity. It is fresh in summer and very cosy in winter with a wood stove. Above all, you will fall in love with its peace and quiet. The space “El Cortijillo” is one of the four houses of the rural complex “el Molino de Fernán Pérez”. From the rest of the houses, it is the most independent one. It has a huge terrace in front of the mill with lovely views. The architecture and the decoration are a local inspiration. It has a double bedroom, a good-sized living room and a wooden stove, for which we will provide wood during winter. The kitchen is completed equipped, and you also have TV, WI-FI and a camping-crib for babies. If you want to bring your pet, please let us know in advance and we will discuss your specific situation. Guest access The houses are surrounded by 2 hectares of land where you would be able to walk around and get to know bits of the local flora. In addition to this, we offer you two common areas: a barbeque zone and a Haima, where from time to time, we offer restoration services. This space may be rented to organise meetings and celebrations tailor-made. Another plus is the visit to the Windmill, which is part of the Andalusian Ethnographic Heritage, along with the reservoir.
