Central with parking - Stylish House in Stamford

Lovely petite 3 bedroom house, just off Wharf Road, in the heart of beautiful Stamford, with parking. Recently redecorated and stylishly re-furnished including new beds, linen and choice of feather/polyester pillows. Downstairs through the hallway is an open plan kitchen/dining/ sitting room leading to a private patio with table and chairs. Upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, a small third bedroom with a single very comfy futon bed, and a bathroom with sink, toilet and a shower bath. The space The house has been recently redecorated in Farrow and Ball colours and newly furnished and styled by an interior designer, with new furnishings, mattresses, beds and bedding. Centrally located for accessing the town, but at the end of a quiet cul de sac, there is a dedicated parking space right outside the front of the house for one car (no vans) which (unlike many rentals in Stamford) is free. Downstairs, through a light hallway, is an open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining area, and a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering, with crockery, saucepans etc, an oven, microwave and large fridge freezer, plus washing machine and tumble dryer in the pantry. In the sitting room area is a large Samsung Frame TV (do not be misled into thinking it is just a picture on the wall!). We provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival. Through large glass doors spanning the back of the house is a pretty patio with outdoor seating, above which there are terraced walls as shown in the pictures. Please note it is unsafe for children to climb onto the higher walls as they could fall off onto the patio. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, a small bedroom for one, and a bathroom with shower bath. Hot water is provided by a combination boiler so no need to wait for hot water. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac and we ask our guests to be considerate in terms of noise levels, in particular after 9pm. Sorry, no pets! Guest access The house is perfectly located for Stamford town centre, with its historic buildings, shops and restaurants, and also only a 5-10 minute walk away from Burghley Park. Parking is right outside the house, with free dedicated parking for one car. There is plenty of paid parking close by - the nearest being Wharf Road Car Park. Please note that many rental properties which are advertised as with parking, do not have a dedicated parking space and free parking is at a premium in Stamford. If you are hoping to eat out on a Friday or Saturday night in Stamford, book ahead because there are some wonderful restaurants and they are very popular!
