If yes, villa Rogdia is definitely your holiday home. Respecting the traditional architecture of Crete we have restored an old traditional house of 1903 in the center of a picturesquare village. In the meantime, we have added at this house all the modern and luxury elements of a new house in order the guests can have relaxing and peacful holidays. Villa Rogdia awaits you to experience the Cretan hospitality, tradition and history, as well as pleasurable moments of relaxation and serenity. Villa Rogdia locates at the same property with two other villas, Elia and Myrtia at the center of village Atsipopoulo, which can meet all your first needs. Supermarket, bakery, groceries and butchery shop, cofee shop, restaurants, ATM and pharmacy are all in walking distance (200 metres from the entrance of the villas). However, as you come in from the entrance of the villas, the whole atmosphere changes, as our villas locate inside the nature in a peaceful and ideal for relaxing enviroment. The center of Rethymno is also 5 kilometres away and 10 minutes drive. Villa Rogdia is concstructed in maisonette style, measures 200 m2 and has a private swimming pool and a huge balcony. Moreover,it can host 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and en suite bathroom and the rest two have two single beds each. On the ground floor you will find the living area with a luxury sitting room, a fireplace, a full-equipped kitchen and a dining area. It also includes a WC, a luxury bathroom with hydromassage, an entertaiment area and a lavatory. The top floor consists of the bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and en suite bathroom and two bedroos with a single bed each. Moreover, there is a small bathroom for the single bedrooms, a lavatory and access to the two balconies. The huge one has with a view of the swimming pool, the traditional village nearby and the nature, while the second one has a view of thet traditional village. All the rooms are air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with Satellite television, DVD player, CD Player and radio, Coffee machinet, Microwave, Toaster, Dishwasher, Clothes washer, Deposit box, Hair-dryer and Baby cot. The exterior of the villa includes a 27 sq.metres private swimming pool, a dining table and seats for all the 8 persons, as well as 8 sunbeds in order you can enjoy the cretan sun. In addition, the villa has its own barbeque facilities for your personal use. The swimming pool of the villa can also be heated with an extra cost of 40 euros per day (upon request at least 7 days before arrival and valid only for the whole booking) The location of the villas are ideal for exploring our whole island. Located in the center of the north part of Crete, only 3 kilometres from the highway provides easy access from the local airports (Heraklion and Chania) and the opportunity to visit from the big cities of the island to the smallest beaches in both north and south part of Crete.
