Situated in the south of Tenerife on the Golf Del Sur. A typical Spanish style resort of luxury apartments overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the lush greens of the championship golf course. The resort is in the heart of Golf Del Sur, with shops, bars and restaurants only 7 minutes walk away in the San Blas Commercial Centre. The coast path is only 5 minutes walk away along the front of San Miguel village. With frequent, local buses and taxis close to hand, public transport is easy to hand and there is adequate parking if you choose to hire a car whilst on the Island. The two swimming pool areas are a short distance from the front door of the apartment. There are steps leading down to the main pool area and some steps lead up to the top pool. There are no lifts in the complex. A large number of sun loungers are situated in both pool areas. Access to the complex is by key only, so the complex is safe and secure. In July 2024 the apartment was updated with new patio doors and bathroom windows, new single beds and new dining table chairs.
