You will Be spoilt for choice with a range of restaurants, bars, cafes and independent shops on the doorstep. There are two spacious bedrooms on the top floor, one being a twin, the other a double, sharing a shower room. The next floor has another double en suite bedroom plus the lounge area with a glass roofed seating area. All bedrooms have hanging space for clothes and a chest of drawers. The ground floor has a downstairs toilet and the kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwater, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, nespresso coffee machine, hob and cooker. There is space under the stairs to store cases etc. Guest access Guests have the whole house and driveway. The garage is not for use. Other things to note We are strictly a no smoking or vaping house. Party’s are strictly prohibited. The house is set over three floors with stairs between each floor. Please note we do not have any air conditioning but do supply small fans for each bedroom and one for the living room.
