Description
Spacious converted stables in the Norfolk countryside, with cosy living area, two bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and safe enclosed garden. Ideal for a couple or a family. The space There is a large open-plan living room with a lounge area and kitchen diner. This has exposed beams and a wood burning stove and pulls off the trick of remaining cool on hot days, but is warm and cosy when the weather is on the cool side. The kitchen is equipped with oven (grill), hob, washing machine, dishwasher and seating for four people. There’s a toaster, kettle and a good range of crockery and utensils. In the lounge area there’s a woodburning stove and a smart television & DVD. There is wifi, and a Bluetooth speaker for playing music from phones, tablets etc. The main bedroom has a standard double bed and an ensuite shower and toilet, the second bedroom has twin beds and looks out onto the garden. The property has oil fired central heating. Whilst the Old Stables has no specific adaptations for disability, it is all on one level and there is step-free access to the bedrooms and shower. Please note though that there is one step at the entrance to the property. Other things to note There's parking for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
