The twin is decorated with children in mind! Newly triple glazed for warmth and noise control (although it is a quiet street anyway!) Board games / PS4 / Gaming chair / Alexa / Books / 60" 4K HDTV Both doubles have 50" 4K HDTVs The space Excellent value house with a bit of 'Quirky Wow Factor'! Whether you want a quiet place to work (desk in each room) and chillax at the end of the day or use it to meet friends in Huddersfield or the beautiful surrounding areas. Secure (rock doors front and back) and fitted triple glazing for warmth and quietness. I love DIY and all the interior and garden is all my handy work of my own designs; main aim to allow guests to enjoy themselves and have a great lasting memory! I've been told this property could be a lot more expensive but choose not to as I promote affordable stays for nice people. Guest access You'll be let in by either me, in which case I'll you around, or given the code to the key safe. In this case I'll explain everything beforehand. I only ask that you treat my place nice and lock the front door when you go. Also, it is a parking permit area so let me know if you require the use of it. Other things to note Guests are to leave the house clean and tidy. If excessive cleaning is required after you vacate this will be subtracted from the security deposit. No glass / smoking / confetti around the hot tub and no smoking / confetti on the new lawn!
