The property is located a few steps from the beach (300 metres), in an area full of services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment features a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies with chairs and tables, the ideal solution to enjoy breakfasts in the open air. The space The inside is organised as follows: - LIVING AREA with kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle and kitchenware), dining table, sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, hairdryer, sink, bidet and toilet. - TWO BALCONIES with table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating with heat pumps, air conditioning (2 splits: 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living area), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hall stand and mosquito nets. We accept pets, upon request, for an additional fee of 40 euros. Guest access The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.
