The apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of an old building from 1911 and is fully equipped. The lower apartment is occupied by a married couple, the 2nd floor by me. The location on the edge of the forest is ideal for hiking or forest walks. There is a bus stop within walking distance (3 min). There is a very good organic wholemeal bakery nearby with a small organic food selection. A large Rewe market is also nearby. The S-Bahn station is about 15 – 20 minutes' walk from the house. The space The sofa in the living room has an electric relax function. A smart TV (with an existing account e.g. Netflix, etc.) with additional DVBT-2 recipients (only public legal programs) and an Internet/ DAB radio and board games are available. The balcony can accommodate 2 people to sit in the "green." The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, etc., so you can prepare your meals well. Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment, including the balcony. Guest access The separate apartment can be reached via the shared stairwell. Other things to note The parking space is not suitable for larger cars, especially long cars then protrude into the area of the garage door. Guests with large vehicles are asked to park on the street. The washing machine in the basement can be used at a fee of 5 euros per wash including detergent.
