A perfect vacation spot for those who want to combine beach holiday on the West Coast with city vacations. Welcome to this spacious holiday home near the ocean, shopping and entertainment. The house is very fresh and consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, open plan kitchen with living room and porch. The house has a large garden with a patio with sun from morning to evening and a great fantastic terrace to the west with sun from morning to late evening. There is also a large balcony facing west. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a toilet, open plan kitchen with dining and living room with sofa and TV, veranda with lovely seating and access to the very large patio. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor is 14 m2 and has a dubble bed. The other 2 bedrooms are children's rooms, one with a queen size bed and one with teo singel beds. It also boasts a large bathroom with one bath plus one shower and a separate toilet room. Also a living room with two singel beds and a exit to the balcony. Access to laundryroom in the basement. The laundryroom is shared with me and my family. The garden has a blooming south side and a north side with fruit trees, berry bushes and play area with swings and slide. Front of the house is a large open lawn. Guest access You have access to a fully equipped home and garden with play equipment. The basement is not included in rented accommodation but guests have access to the laundry room there. The basement has separate private entrances and is used by the family for storage, laundry and overnight stays. Other things to note Smoke and animal-free house but neighbors' cat sometimes sneaks into the house and can also lie down in the outdoor furniture if pillows are left outside. Never feed the cat and drive it out if you don't want it in the house. However, it is important for cat allergy sufferers to know that unfortunately there may be cat hair in the house.
