Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby. The space Access is via a large staircase. The rooms are located under the roof and are self-contained, like a small apartment. Our old farmer's bed serves as a cozy sofa or, if necessary, as an additional bed and has a size of 180 x 85 cm. We are also happy to provide a mobile guest bed (90 × 200 cm). Guest access Our guests are welcome to use the garden. Other things to note Access is via a large staircase. The rooms are located in the attic and are self-contained, like a small apartment. Parking is available on the street outside the house.
