The space description The self-contained apartment is in the back of a semi-detached house. A hallway leads to the kitchen with an adjoining storage room on the left. The kitchen has a dining area for 4 people and is equipped with a fridge, electric stove with ceramic range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses are available for 12 people. On the right side of the hallway is the combined living/dining room, which is equipped with a large dining table for 4 people, a couch with stool and 2 armchairs as well as a soapstone stove. In addition, there is a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine on the first floor. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a total of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The large bedroom has two single beds, which become a double bed without a gap by means of a double bed bridge. Storage space is provided by the large built-in wardrobe and the dresser. The two smaller bedrooms each have a single bed and a wardrobe for your clothes. The fully equipped bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower panel and completely new sanitary objects.
