My little holiday paradise is located in a quiet and beautiful green area, about 2 minutes walk from the river Spree. The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. You have got the little paradise all for yourself to relax. Wish you lot of fun! The space You can enjoy underfloor heating in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom area. In the living room you will find a fireplace and if you are a few more people there is a comfortable fold-out boxsping sofa bed available. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, except for an oven. Also you can find there tea, coffee and all essentials for cooking. Guest access You have access to the house and garden and everything that goes with it. But the garage is locked and does not belong to the rent. Also, please don't go behind the privacy screen! Parents are responsible for their children. Thanks for your understanding! Other things to note 1. Check-in is via a security box with a code that guards the front door key. You will receive the code and location of the box one day before check in. 2. Please be so good, if you used the firewood, replace it,for the next one who like to be cozy, too. If you prefer, you can also leave 5€ per carton of firewood and it will be replaced for you. Thank's! 3. Please only smoke outside! 4. When cooking, please always switch on the extractor hood, otherwise you run the risk of triggering the fire alarm. If this happens, please ventilate immediately! Then the alarm switches itself off again. 5. Please use water consumption in the bathroom sparingly. Thank you! 6. Please be prepared that it is a cottage! This means that not all large power consumers should be switched on at the same time, otherwise the fuse may switch off the power. In this case, please contact me if you are unsure what exactly to do! Otherwise, the fuse box is in the kitchen and all switches can be easily and safely reached to turn them on again.
