JAMES & AMELIA'S AIR BNB room # 2 Victorian

Bedroom #2 is a beautiful, quiet space located on the second floor. New bed, wall mounted tv, mini-fridge, dresser, rug and curtains make you feel calm and give you that homelike feel. It is down the hall from a brand new kitchen with top of the line appliances like an air fryer oven, new sink and fridge, as well as pots and pans. It also has a brand new, efficient washer/dryer unit with full steam capabilities. A recently renovated bathroom also located on the same floor. The space I am the happy new owner of this beautiful, historical Victorian mansion! I bought this home last December. Upgrades remain ongoing, but will not interfere with guests peace and quiet. This home has nice sized rooms with high ceilings throughout. Small but functional kitchen added this year with fridge, oven with air fryer capability, microwave and washer dryer, all of which is brand new!!! Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, will be updated next year. The first floor is no open with a large size living room, kitchen and updated bathroom. Bathroom has waterfall/ rainfall shower. Guest access Enter through the back door. Past the mud room and to the left door are the stairs to the second floor. This is where all the bedrooms are located, along with the kitchen. Very convenient to have washer/dryer unit along with kitchen on the same floor. During your stay Phone call, text or if you see me please stop me if you need anything. Other things to note No smoking in property, please try and keep noise down for all guests.
