The Studio is ONE ROOM plus ensuite loo and shower & basin and *electric central heating* Access is from an outside stone stairway with railings and bannisters The is NO ACTUAL KITCHEN but a fridge microwave & CH TV Free WIFI are provided plus toaster kettle toastie maker and Nespresso All basics in the studio are complimentary - apart from these the Studio is SELF- CATERING The Studio is furnished and decorated to a high standard. Garden furniture provided Tea coffee filter/ nespresso capsules milk etc plus cutlery and glasses/plates are provided The Velux windows have integral blackout blinds. The Studio can accommodate a very small baby ( travelling cot available if necessary) however because of the outside stone staircase please enquire re crawling babies/ toddlers Late opening shops are in Blockley and Chipping Campden both 2-3 miles away There are many country pubs and eateries nearby. The Studio is located at The Walnuts but not attached to to the main house Please note basic price for 2 guests A CAR is strongly advised in fact essential As well as a small screened grassed area with garden furniture guests have use of the main house front garden- PLEASE NOTE THE STUDIO CAN BE RENTED IN COMBINATION WITH OUR OTHER COTTAGES to give more space to a group* Guest access Off road parking ( you can park up against the green garage gates as they're not in use ) & Tennis court racquets and balls provided . Beautiful walks easily accessible- milk tea coffee and cake etc are provided for our guests free Books of walks and O/S map provided . THE STUDIO IS SELF CHECKIN We welcome one small - medium sized well behaved dog and provide a hose and towels for those wet muddy walks - PARKING We would appreciate guests parking neatlyto allow maximum use of space in The Walnuts car park - Thank you Other things to note There are many gastro -pubs near Phone number for this and other restaurants & pubs available on booking Freestyle 360 is our local Gym in Blockley GENERAL WASTE & RECYCLING other end of garages through wooden gate on right Please note basic charge is for 2 guest And more is £40per extra guest Also as mentioned before in this Village you *need your own transport*
