Beautiful converted oast house, walking distance from the lovely Sussex village of Fletching and several great country pubs. Quiet, rural location with lots of local walks. Easy reach of the Ashdown Forest, Brighton and the South Downs. Day trips to London easy by train from local stations. Private garden, use of tennis court. Pricing varies by season. Please note FRIDAY or MONDAY check in only The space It's a self-catered holiday cottage - close to our home but completely private. We provide a welcome pack with some basics - tea, coffee, milk and bread. Guest access There's a small terrace immediately outside the Oast for guests to use and a separate garden exclusively for Oast guests, with a lovely outlook over fields and trees. Other things to note Not suitable for children under 5 (unless they are not yet mobile!) and I'm afraid we don't take pets. Normally 7 night bookings only in high season (mid July to end August), though other trip lengths may be available: please ask
