On the ground floor, there is a main living room and a second room, ideal for social moments, as well as an independent kitchen fully equipped with a combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary utensils. There is also a service bathroom on this floor. The exterior features two courtyards: one with a parking space at the entrance and another, facing north, equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue, perfect for outdoor family meals. On the first floor, the dwelling has three spacious bedrooms, all with double beds, including a suite with a hydromassage shower. The remaining rooms are served by a common bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have access to balconies, one facing south and the other facing north, providing different solar exposures throughout the day.
