Guests can enjoy a large furnished garden for relaxation, with a large shaded veranda where a fresh and abundant breakfast is served every morning, included in the stay from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The rooms are cleaned daily, with a change of bed linen every 3 days and a change of bath linen daily. Guests have access to a shared outdoor hot tub and, for some rooms, private parking. The property is well positioned to explore the equipped beaches of Sant'Isidoro 3 km away, the centre of Porto Cesareo 2 km away, and the famous beaches of Torre Lapillo about 10 km away. Nearby, you can visit historic centres such as Nardò and Gallipoli and the Portoselvaggio Natural Park. An operator takes care of check-in (from 12:00 to 24:00) and check-out (from 5:00 to 11:00). Upon arrival, the signature of the lease in Italian is required. The tourist tax, where applicable, is excluded from the total and applied according to municipal regulations. Guests are required to separate and dispose of waste, under penalty of a fine, and to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean, under penalty of a fine. Pets are not allowed on the property.
