We offer a recent and charming studio, located in our closed farmhouse, quiet with the possibility of parking your vehicle in front of the studio. It includes a clear entrance serving: - a main room with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a kitchenette, - a bathroom with a shower and a sink and towel dryer. - a separate toilet in which there is a hand wash and a washing machine. Bed and bath linens are provided. The space The studio is quiet under a beautiful plane tree over 150 years old. It is cool in summer in the heat and good in winter with underfloor heating. Very pleasant walk along the Yonne. Quiet and peaceful path. Bakery-tea room (open Sunday morning), Spar supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy, hairdresser-aesthetician, Post Office, 3 km away (Marolles sur Seine). Post office, convenience store 1.2 km away (Misy sur Yonne). Open on Sundays.
