Monte Costa Luz - Country House

Monte Costa Luz is a typical Alentejo house located in the rural area of Porto Covo, on a small hill overlooking the Cercal mountain range to the east and the sea to the west. Recently renovated, it tries to combine Alentejo tradition and simplicity with the comforts of home. Monte Costa Luz is the ideal retreat to rest while enjoying the natural landscape of the Alentejo Litoral with a sea breeze. From where you can go on an adventure along the trails of the Costa Vicentina (historical path and fishermen's trail). The space Monte Costa Luz is a typical house located at the top of a small hill and set in a 6.5-ha property with a garden and a small orchard. It is the perfect place to rest and enjoy contact with nature, taking advantage of sunny days, watching the sunset over the sea from our garden and at night you can still observe the wonderful starry sky. It is the ideal place to practice outdoor sports such as hiking, running, mountain biking or venturing along the trails of the Vicentine Route. You can also stroll along the wonderful beaches of the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park, such as Pessegueiro Island, Porto Covo, Aivados and Vila Nova de Milfontes, or practice water sports (Surfing, Windsurfing, bodyboarding...) on the beaches of São Torpes and Malhão. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house with 6 equipped rooms (living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and pantry), garden, orchard and all the surrounding space, they will not have to share anything with other families or groups. We only receive one family/group at a time, so you will have complete privacy. Other things to note One-story house, with accessibility for people with reduced mobility, consisting of: - 1 Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, rugs, wardrobe, 1 support bench, windows with shutters and curtains, and heater. - 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), with the possibility of joining, 1 bedside table, 1 bedside lamp, carpet, 1 wardrobe, 1 support bench, window with light and curtains and heater. - Room with TV, table and chairs for work or games, sofa bed with 1 single bed (80 x 200 cm) or 1 double bed (160 x 200) and window with shutters. - Kitchen equipped with table for 6 people, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, magic wand, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc... - Bathroom with shower system in drain (floor-level shower without bumps), washbasin with cabinet, toilet, bidet and support bench. -Pantry/laundry room with washing machine, portable clothesline, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
