Little Wooda, lovely countryside views

Little Wooda is a detached open plan studio with countryside views. Recently redecorated with king bed, sofa, tv, bathroom with shower and kitchen area that includes fridge, combination microwave, slow cooker and table top hob. Double doors at the back open up on to a patio with table, chairs, gas bbq, small firepit and garden beyond. There's an entrance porch for coats and shoes and a private parking area. Little Wooda shares its outside space with our family home. It's totally private and is 40 metres from the main house. Little Wooda is located just over half a mile from Lerryn which is a lovely Cornish creekside village with a village shop and pub. Fowey is 3 miles away as the crow flies and there are many lovely local beaches to explore such as Lantic, Lansallos and Palace cove. There's beautiful walking nearby on the south west coasal path and kayaking on the local river. A little further afield you'll find the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown and Polperro.
