Sophisticated living space with coffee table, book case, writing table and views of the garden. Comfortable and warm, and a perfect place for relaxation. You will be greeted by the owner, who lives in the main house. TV, Wifi and Tea & Coffee tray for your arrival. The space As you enter the property, the shower and toilet are downstairs to the left. On the right are wooden stairs, which take you up and around to the studio space. To the right at the top are twin beds, with bedside tables and lamps. To the left of the stairs is the seating area, coffee table, desk, bookcase, TV and welcome tray. The room is stylishly decorated, airy, yet feels lovely and warm. Guest access Immediately outside is a patio area, overlooking the small yet beautiful garden. In the warmer months there will be a table and chairs to enjoy the evening sun. Other things to note Beth, the host, lives on Winchester Street and you will communicate with her prior to and after your stay. During your visit you will be looked after by the lovely owner of the property, Amanda, as she lives on site.
