It feels like a cottage near the sea in the countryside. The cottage is spacious . The surroundings are wooded and flowery. The (enclosed) garden and the carport (a short walk from your accommodation) are private. Everything seems to be in place for you to recharge your batteries. The first hiking trail is not far away, and the sea is a few minutes away. You can walk along the coast by taking the famous GR34 and/or by taking advantage of the bike rental. The location of the gîte allows for many water activities and visits. The space On the ground floor: a kitchen-dining-living room and a shower room with a separate toilet. There are 2 terraces depending on the desired sunshine and an enclosed garden. Upstairs: a large bedroom (double bed that can be separated) opens onto a balcony-terrace. The other bedroom (2 to 3 single beds) is adjacent to the bathroom-toilet. Other things to note - Rates adjusted to the best price according to the seasons > 20% decrease from 10/19/2025 to 06/13/26, charges are counted in addition => each tenant manages their energy consumption. The Kwh is €0.20. A meter reading is made upon arrival and departure. Same for water consumption. Linens (duvet covers, towels, gloves, tea towels) are provided. Free loan of size M bikes. Pets: No pets allowed in the rooms. If the number exceeds 2 animals, we advise you to contact us. You must report the animals when booking, and a fixed price of €89 will be applied for the entire stay.
