Vacation home "Teich" in the Bavarian Forest

Our "Ferienidylle Brunnersäge" consists of two vacation homes, which together with our private house are located on our extensive property with a private natural pond. A stream and water wheel are in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by meadows at the edge of the forest. The surrounding mountains can be climbed on foot or by bike via wonderful hiking trails that lead directly from our property. In winter you can use the nearby cross-country ski trail. The space The Teich-Haus is a cozy and comfortably furnished vacation home with everything you need for a carefree vacation. It has a separate bedroom with separate beds. In the living room there are two couches which can be converted into comfortable beds. The area in front of the house can be used as a terrace and offers a magnificent view of the swimming pond and invites you to a quiet and sunny breakfast in the morning. On the extensive grounds there is enough space to let off steam or to rest. Cozy spots invite you to meditate or read. The Achslach high valley has a wide range of hiking trails - from tranquil meadow trails to shady forest trails to challenging high-altitude hikes. Mountain bike freaks will find an Eldorado of single trails and also mountain bike parks in the immediate vicinity. The snow-safe location in winter allows snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and also downhill skiing until the beginning of March. The famous ski resort Großer Arber is only half an hour away by car. In the village, 3 inns offer high-quality cuisine at reasonable prices. Bed linen can be provided at a fee of 15 euros per set. However, only if no pets are brought. Pets are welcome. You pay the same price as additional people. The Airbnb pet specification is not sufficient. So please increase the number of people by the number of pets. If not specified, we will recalculate the pets via Airbnb. Even (small) children are full guests with us. Therefore, they must be added when specifying the number of people. The Airbnb specification as an infant is not enough. Another note: Our strict cancellation policy will also apply in the future to unforeseen travel restrictions (such as coronavirus restrictions). We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your protection.
