- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful detached villa with stone lined pool. Newly built and for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite, Kitchen fully equipped and opens directly to the living room creating very clear spaces with windows to access the pool area. The exterior of the house is surrounded by shrubs and flowers. WIFI available.    ETV/8856 VILLA MONICA Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS: BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.  The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw.  A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
