Our penthouse offers a large outdoor tranquility space overlooking the city's hills, next to a cozy and functional interior space that will make you feel at home. Located in the center of Cartagena, a short distance from all tourist attractions and the shopping and leisure area, but in an area free of traffic and hustle and bustle. (The crane seen in the photos has already been removed) The space The house, on the third floor with elevator, has a large living room, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment and with excellent views, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All rooms are very bright as they are on the highest floor of the building and have air conditioning/heating. It is undoubtedly the large terrace, with access from both the living room and the kitchen, that makes this house so special. Here you can enjoy everything from breakfast to dinner, or even an outdoor shower when the heat is on. The house also has free parking, located in the basement of the same building and accessed by elevator.
