The space The house has been recently renovated and has a special charm, because it retains the style of a typical Mallorcan house but has been decorated with modern touches. It is very spacious and bright and has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday on the island. As far as the exterior is concerned, the property has a swimming pool and a large furnished terrace perfect to relax and enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers. Guest access Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the status of the pool, the garden and the rest of the facilities, always with the previous authorization of the guest. Other things to note Air conditioning: As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, you will find portable electric radiators and fans at your disposal. Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surnames, gender, date of birth, passport number/identity document, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the arrival date to the accommodation through our platform. - We would like to add that the upstairs neighbor has two small dogs that can sometimes bark. If this happens, you can notify us and we will immediately notify the owner. So far it hasn't been a problem. - Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service. For this reason, upon departure it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
