The space Come and discover our beautiful property, where authenticity meets modern comfort. The tastefully decorated main house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The old stables, right next door, have a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a large 50 m² living room for unforgettable moments of conviviality around a large table to bring everyone together! And for movie nights at home or meetings, a giant 3 m screen will allow you to project your favorite movies (Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ available) or connect via your phone to project videos. A third accommodation offers two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. For remote workers, no worries, all bedrooms are equipped with Ethernet sockets for a fast connection. Guest access You will be welcomed in our charming cottage, where you can relax and unwind in a peaceful and green setting. We live in the old barn next door, but the houses are totally independent and private, so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. You will immediately feel at home by taking the pathway to your private parking lot at the back of the farm. This one has the capacity to park up to 6 cars. A second parking lot can accommodate an additional 2 cars. A large private garden, a terrace with 360° views of nature, an orchard with chickens roaming freely, a shared garden of 1 hectare with a stilt house, petanque court... this is the exceptional environment that we offer for young and old! A real disconnection. The icing on the cake is the exclusive access to the outdoor heated pool (May – September). The safety barrier and the solar shutter closed when the pool is not in use guarantee the safety of everyone, especially children, so that you can dive into the water and cool off in peace. Access to the covered terrace and bread oven is extra. Ask us for more information to organize a wood-fired pizza party. Easy access (5 min. from exit E411). 25 minutes from Brussels, 15 minutes from Namur, 8 minutes from Louvain-la-Neuve, 25 minutes from Charleroi, 2 min. from Gembloux. Other things to note Our house has been designed for your comfort, fully equipped to cater all your needs. Appliances and cooking utensils in abundance will allow you to prepare delicious meals, while children's amenities (bed, high chair, changing mat, etc.) will allow you to travel with peace of mind with your little ones. You can also entertain yourself with books, board games and even a guitar available for unforgettable moments of conviviality. And to top it all off, an exceptional barbecue/plancha with wood "OFYR" awaits you on the terrace for exceptional outdoor cooking moments. The farmhouse is intended for family or friends gatherings in a friendly way or team buildings.! However, this is not a place for noisy parties (no music outside even during the day and no outside noise after 10 p.m., inside at reasonable volumes)
