Cozy cottage in Itaúnas, located three blocks from the square, close to everything. Simplicity that matches the village. Backyard shared with another listing. The space Simple and cozy cottage. Located on a quiet street, very close to local commerce. It has a living room, bathroom, mezzanine, kitchen and an outdoor rest area. The living room sleeps up to 2 people (one single bed and one extra) and the mezzanine accommodates up to 3 people (one double box bed and one single bed). It has 3 extra mattresses, a ceiling fan and a laptop. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and necessary utensils: dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots. In the backyard, there is a pergola, a space to rest!! It has an outdoor shower and a portable barbecue grill. We do not offer bed and bath linens. During New Year's Eve, Carnival, Forró Festival and holidays, rates are different. Guest access Entire house available with private entrance. Other things to note In periods such as New Year's Eve, Carnival and Forró Festival, I work with a fixed package price.
