This apartment is a lower level unit with access to a shared laundry room just outside the apartment. The front door to the building is secure and then apartment 2 is just inside. This is part of a building with 9 units. The building is pretty quiet but it is near a street that can be busy at times. Walking distance to downtown area as long as you don't mind walking hills! The space This two-bedroom apartment is close to Michigan Technological University and also walkable for the downtown area. It is close to the ski trails and the portage canal. You can access everything with no need to climb stairs. Guests can access the laundry area which is just down the hall. There is a queen size bed and a full size bed. For those that booked when the bunk bed was part of the listing, we have a twin airbed you can utilize. Guest access guests can access the laundry area which is just down the hall. Other things to note We do have relatively quiet buildings and I appreciate if you respect the other tenants that live there full-time. some of them are family and friends we have grown to love.
