Welcome to Lillesand, the summer town itself, with proximity to bakery, vegetable market, kiosk, niche shops and grocery stores. You will love this small, cozy Sørland town with everything within reach. The place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families (with children). Also business travelers and small groups. The apartment is compact with many nooks for your own activities. The space City apartment very central. If you have small children who sleep, you can sit on the terrace to listen to the music in the park and concerts. Many nooks inside to be able to retreat. The terrace is comfortable and sunny until 7 pm in the evening from early morning. Have your morning coffee out there! 2 small sandy beaches for children within 100 m from the apartment. One with playground equipment. Otherwise, larger beaches a little further outside the city center. For example, Julebauen open area. Svaberg and diving board. Feel free to use the excellent restaurants in town as well! NB: several stairs in the apartment. Therefore, it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Guest access As a guest you have access to the entire apartment, which is located in the center of Lillesand in a sheltered backyard with a gate to the street. Kitchen, dining area, two-room living room with exit to secluded and cozy terrace overlooking Lillesand harbor. Other things to note The apartment is well soundproofed and not sensitive to noise between rooms. Exception: you can hear the bed from the living room if children have gone to bed and the TV is on. I, as the owner, usually do not live in Lillesand during the rental period but am available on SMS/phone/email to receive the guests.
