The house is cozy, located in the middle of nature and offers everything you need for a relaxing and restful vacation on 110 square meters. The cozy eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. A coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove and refrigerator with all kitchen utensils are provided. In summer you can go on extensive hikes directly from the house. In winter, you can reach one of the most beautiful cross-country ski trails in Upper Styria after 250 meters. For children, the use of the natural toboggan run Lexgraben is ideal, which is only approx. 500 meters away as the crow flies and is one of the longest natural toboggan runs in Austria.
