The space Hello, I want to offer an ideal home for long term accommodation, it is also convenient for people coming for a day as it is very well located, close to everything, and in a tourist district. It has 11 rooms, large and independent, where young professionals are coming for a stay from different countries for scholarships, PhD, tourism, trade, etc.   The room that I offer in this listing is No. 9, can be comfortably for 1-4 people each one would have a single bed with free Wifi, cable TV, desk, balcony. In our house we are friendly, familyenvironment, where people can share, cook (we also offer food service with rich homemade meals as an extra). Board games, ping pong. We have Wi Fi throughout the house, a very good signal. Central Garden. Barbeque space.   Our house is known for being quiet. We have 2 large halls to watch cable TV, movies, music, or study. The maid service is daily, so everything is kept very clean. We are located in a residential neighborhood of Providencia district, near Metro Leones and two blocks from the mall.
