Cozy at home I (Furnished edícula)

It is a suite that is outside the house, leaving the guest at ease, it is private, furnished and safe. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, lotteries, shops and very close to downtown and easy to access. NOTE: I clarify that the rent does not refer to the house, only the suite that is outside the house. The guest may have access to the entire outdoor area of the residence. The space The suite is outside the house, built behind the house (edicule) furnished with a 55" smart TV, 18000 BTU air conditioning unit, cabinets, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, microwave, electric shower, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, wardrobe, queen bed, armchair, table and bench. In the outdoor area (shared) we have a washing machine, tables and chairs, a game area, electric water dispenser, electric coffee maker, stove and kitchen utensils. The space is very cozy. Note: We charge fees for laundry. I would like to add that it is a family environment and no events are allowed, and regarding noise, if there is any during the day it is acceptable, as this is a residence and there will always be other guests. The pool will be available to guests from Tuesday to Sunday. Guest access Access to the leisure area, enjoy the waters of a clean pool. We have a separate entrance, where you can park and have access to the suite. Other things to note Here you feel at home and can still prepare your own meal. Bed and bath linens will be changed every 5 days or if the guest requests it. Aconchego do Lar is not a luxury place, but we try to keep the environment well-organized and clean.
