In a quiet neighborhood, a cozy summer home is rented in a lovely large garden. 5 minutes' walk from Vippefyret and Sønderstrand. 2 km to Grenen and 1 km to Skagen city center and the harbor. MAX 4 beds. Alternatively, a small unheated annex in the garden can be used. The annex is equipped with 2 single beds The space The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Skagen's magnificent nature and the lovely, child-friendly Sønderstrand. 10 min. by bike and then you are in Skagen center and the cozy harbor environment. The home consists of a kitchen/living room with TV, cozy dining area. Refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove and small combi oven (not suitable for baking/frying), double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower. Large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and drawers as well as exit to terrace and small unheated annex with 2 beds, suitable for older children/teenagers. Guest access Own garden with swing set and sandbox. Garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on the property.
