Private house with sea view

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden. The space It is possible to park two cars in the garden. Guests can use our bikes. Guests can use our canoe and lifejackets. We have also outdoor games, boule and crocket. In the kitchen there is oil, salt and pepper left and some basic food such as pasta with tomatoesauce for our guests if you need the first day before your shopping. Guest access Two smaller sheds in the garden, one serves as a storage for our bikes, lifejackets and outdoor games. The other shed is equipped with an extra bed. The house is not isolated and needs renovation. The seaside garden has a small house with bunk bed and convertible sofa, possible to use in summertime. Other things to note Please notice that there are only 4 beds in the mainhouse. There are 2 beds in an extra house in garden near waterfront, possible to use in summertime. No bathroom, WC or kitchen in the small house, only in the main house. Please notice there are no towels or sheets, you have to bring it with you. A fire distinguisher has been placed in the entrance. A fire alarm/smoke alarm has been installed in the ceiling in kitchen. Nearest doctor, pharmacy and food store is in Gustavsberg (by car) or Vaxholm (by boat). Water is from our own well. We do regular test of water quality and the water is drinkable. If you feel unsure, or if you have small children, we recommend you to buy bottle water.
