House "Between two lakes" with its own beach

A unique location of the house "between two lakes" on the first line of the beach. (Gentle entry, sandy bottom) A large bath with a spacious steam room, a pre-bath and a relaxation room. You can dive after the steam bath not into the pool, but directly into the lake. The plot and the second floor of the house offer a magnificent view of Sermenok. It is especially beautiful at sunset when the sun sets in the water. The house has a kitchen, a living room with an open fireplace and two bedrooms. Guests have access to parking, barbecue area. Outdoor toilet. Shower in the bath. The space Our family's favorite home is being rented out for the first time this year. We have been coming back to this unique place on the shore for more than 20 years, so the renovation was done "for ourselves". There is a very calm atmosphere and clean nature here, so we do not want to host large noisy groups, but we will be happy to welcome neat and decent families with children or dogs. More than one generation of children has grown up here. The house has a crib, high chair, toy books, sandpit, children's pool, garden swing and mini bio toilet. The house also has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, but there is no washing machine, so we ask guests to come with their own bed linen and towels. There is a large bathhouse on the premises, which is included in the price of accommodation. (A standard amount of firewood is provided for each guest, extra firewood will be charged.) There is also a hot water shower. But the toilet is outside. We plan to check in guests remotely, so please wash the dishes and throw away the garbage before departure. Other things to note There is a shop in the village and a mobile shop comes twice a week (Tuesday, Thursday from 10 to 14 wait for the "beep"). 2 km from Sloboda is the Sokol tourist camp. There are 3 shops, rental of all kinds of boats, sub and wake boards, sports equipment, a mini market with fish and souvenirs, as well as excursions. A bus runs daily from the camp site to Ostashkov.
