There are 12 single rooms in the house occupied by professionals working in the area and students at the university. Beautiful common areas include living room w/TV, shared kitchen / dining room. Finished basement with free laundry. Ideal for travel students, nurses or professionals. Free parking. The space Minimum one month rental - 20% discount. Room is on Female only floor. Available until December 31, 2021 but possibly longer. Responsible for cleaning their own bathroom, bedroom, and helping to keep the kitchen clean as it is shared with several other people. During your stay There is a live in Resident Assistant and the Executive Director of the non-profit lives on the property.
