Ideal for families and groups of up to 8, with calm, family-safe swimming waters nearby and easy access to beaches, tavernas and island-hopping by boat. The space Cavos Villa is a modern villa with elegant architecture, marble floors and bathrooms, and large glass openings that fill the interiors with natural light while showcasing the stunning sea views. THE POOL A magnificent L-shaped 30m infinity pool. We’ve been told that it's the largest private villa pool on the island. Hot & cold pool shower, surrounded by extensive terraces and a shaded BBQ area. THE VIEWS Panoramic views over Mikros Gialos bay, the beach, the inland mountains and the nearby islands of Ithaca & Kefalonia. BEDROOMS — sleeps 8, all en-suite, A/C & direct terrace access • Ground floor: one twin en-suite (wide-access doors, suitable for wheelchair users) • Upper floor: one twin + master double; master has bath, separate shower & dressing area • Lower floor: en-suite double with private terrace — a self-contained suite All bedrooms are spacious with high-quality fittings and superior mattresses. LIVING Large triple-aspect lounge maximising sea views, leading to a dining area and a fitted kitchen with American-style fridge. Internet/streaming TV (Netflix, Prime, YouTube), DVD, stereo. Electric sun blinds in bedrooms & lounge, central heating off-season, insect screens, broadband WiFi. OUTSIDE Custom BBQ under a large shaded pergola, numerous patios and dining areas, all tiled or flag-stoned — the whole space dominated by the infinity pool and the view. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa — all 4 en-suite bedrooms, the indoor living areas and kitchen, the 30m infinity pool, all terraces and the BBQ area, plus private parking. The whole property is yours for your stay. Other things to note • Accessibility: the ground-floor bedroom and bathroom have wide-access doors suitable for wheelchair users. • Pool safety: please supervise children — the infinity pool has open-edge walls. • Access road: drivable by a normal saloon car; very low / sports cars may not be suitable. • Changeover: we usually run a Saturday–Saturday or Sunday–Sunday calendar, but can sometimes be flexible — please message us before booking with your preferred arrival/departure days.
