This beautiful villa newly restored with private pool only for you offers an ideal solution for a big family or friends who want to visit Rome and the center of Italy and at the same time relax in the countryside. The casale is located 2 km from the Umbria village of Otricoli: 1 hour drive from Rome, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto and Perugia, 2h from Florence. 3 bedrooms (one on the grown floor, two at the first floor), 3 bathrooms, a living-room, a large kitchen and dining, splendid outdoor The space The farmhouse has a small private pool all for you, no other guests will stay there together with you: it is the old 'fontanile' (where the animals used to drink) of the farmers adapted to the new situation, a volley court, a soccer court and a ping pong table. The living room has a large working fire-place, the dining room with its beautiful windows facing the valley, and the 3 bedrooms are all charming and cosy and each has its own bathroom. The view from all the windows is flabbergasting. Terracotta on the floor, wooden roof, elegant and country style fabrics and old furniture. The guardian leaves 1Km from the villa and takes care of the garden and the swimming pool, his wife cleans it at the end and of your stay ans could come during your stay if you ask for paying a little amount. The red house is located within an incredible archaeological site, Ocriculum. You will not believe to your eyes walking in it as if you where a visitor of the XVIII century travelling in Italy in search of old myths..... Guest access The pool is all for you as well as the soccer court, volley and ping pong, only for one family or group of friends. max 6 adultes and 2 children of max 3 years old. No other guests at the same time! La casa rossa offers its clients different facilities with no extra charge: tennis, table tennis, football (we provide also rackets and balls). The pool is open from May to October. Other things to note Do not forget to take a walk in the roman amphitheater at sun set !
