Apartment 03 - Gateway to the sea

Apartment 01: The luxurious apartment has about 58 square meters of living space on the ground floor. The living area has an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace with an undigested view of the North Sea and the green Oberland. A second terrace is on the south side overlooking the lighthouse. Shower room and toilet are separate. WLAN, 3 x flat-screen TV and radio docking station are available. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays. Gateway to the Sea is a new construction project with a total of 26 residential units. All apartments have either a roof terrace, balcony or terrace, high quality furnishings, underfloor heating and regulated ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Therefore, it may cause annoyance by the noise of construction equipment.
