Hunstanton Beach B&B – Romantic, Dog-Friendly, Sea
Norfolk Farm Stays by Beach Dog Friendly
Description
I'm Nigel. We've lovingly restored these 1800s farm buildings on the outskirts of Hunstanton into four unique rooms with their own front doors. January 2026: refreshed bed linen and HEPA deep-cleaning with hotel-standard presentation. Wake to chickens, then stroll 2 minutes to Hunstanton Beach for stunning sea views. Peaceful, romantic B&B, feels like home. Dogs welcome. We're on the Norfolk Coast Path, close to Holme Beach, Sandringham and RSPB Snettisham on Norfolk's Royal Coastline. The space Beach Farm was originally part of the Wild Ken Hill estate, which is right on our doorstep. We've carefully restored these 1800s farm buildings while keeping the authentic feel of farm life – The Roost, The Woodshed, The Hayloft and The Churnery. Each room has its own character with exposed beams and original brick, but all the comforts you need for a romantic coastal getaway. Every room has its own front door opening onto our peaceful courtyard, so it feels like your own little cottage. Inside you'll find a cosy electric imitation wood burner to give that warm, fireside feel without the fuss. Sit outside with a cuppa, watch the world slow down, and enjoy quiet time together under big Norfolk skies. We're set on the outskirts of Hunstanton, right on the Norfolk Coast Path. It's about a 2‑minute walk to the beach, where you can hear the waves on a calm evening and watch the famous west‑facing Hunstanton sunsets over the sea. Enjoy coastal walks, easy access to Old Hunstanton and Holme Beach (around 10 minutes by car, roughly an hour's walk to Old Hunstanton along the beach and path), and trips to Sandringham, Wild Ken Hill and RSPB Snettisham, home of the spectacular bird gatherings at high tide. When night falls, you'll notice how dark the skies are here – perfect for stargazing on clear nights, so it's worth bringing a torch for late‑night wanders. Our friendly local, The West Norfolk pub, is close by for a pint and a good meal after a day exploring the coast. Guest access Your room is your own little world – private entrance, outdoor chair for your morning coffee, and an outdoor key safe by every door so you can use self check‑in if you prefer and arrive whenever suits you. The shared courtyard is where the magic happens: sit by the firepit on a clear evening, watch the sunset, maybe share a bottle of wine. It's peaceful here – just the sound of the chickens and the distant waves. Breakfast is served in our cosy farmhouse kitchen each morning – a lovely spot to start your day with fresh Norfolk bread, crumpets, fruit, cereals, and eggs from the girls (our hens!). The beach really is just a couple of minutes' walk away – perfect for sunset strolls or early morning walks with your dog, and it's dog‑friendly year‑round. Parking is right outside your door for easy arrivals and departures. During your stay We want you to feel completely at home during your stay. While we respect your privacy and won't intrude, we're always just a phone call or message away if you need anything. We're very happy to help with recommendations – from the best paddleboarding spots and scenic walking routes on the Norfolk Coast Path, to romantic restaurants overlooking the sea or a quiet countryside pub for a relaxed evening. When possible, we love to greet our guests personally and show you to your room. If you're arriving late or prefer a more flexible arrival, self check‑in is always available via the key safes, so you can access your room at any time. We're on site at Beach Farm and serve breakfast each morning, so you'll see us then. We're nearby when needed – here to help with recommendations, directions or anything else, but we respect your space. Think of us as nearby when needed — here to help, but never in the way. Other things to note If you have added a dog, only 1 dog is included with your stay. Pets are charged at £10 per pet per night, maximum of 3 dogs. When booking a pet, Airbnb will only charge for 1 pet; any additional pets will be charged separately by us via a text link. We are a VERY dog‑friendly venue – we welcome dogs and muddy boots and host many hikers and explorers of the Norfolk Coast. Every care has been taken to ensure very clean accommodation, but it's possible that a dog hair or two escapes our conscientious eye. Please bear this in mind and let us know if you find anything you're not happy with; we'll get our housekeeping team to deal with it swiftly. We are a rural former dairy farm by the beach; there are free‑ranging chickens and cockerels, and they may make farmyard sounds. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs. :) One of our B&B rooms features a lovely stargazing skylight right above the bed — perfect for drifting off under the stars. It can let in early morning light, so if you're not an early riser, we recommend packing a sleep mask for a more restful lie‑in. Breakfast is served in our cosy country cottage kitchen and offers a continental‑style buffet with fresh buns, cereals, fruit, and eggs from our happy free‑ranging hens. Please note this isn't a cooked full English, but it's a simple, tasty way to start your day before heading out to explore the Norfolk Coast. Please note: our rooms are for a maximum of two adult guests; we are not suitable for children aged 0–2 and do not provide infant facilities. We've designed this space for comfort, calm and connection to the beautiful Norfolk coast — and we can't wait to share it with you.
