This vacation home located on an island in Indre et Loire near Loches (40 km south of Tours), offers an exceptional setting on a private island of the Indre. The gîte has a large, very bright living room-kitchen overlooking an enclosed garden with trees. Each of the 3 bedrooms has stunning views of the estate and the different branches of the Indre. Around the Moulin de l'Isle Auger, all the activities of the world-renowned Loire Valley are easily accessible. The space The house is located on the banks of the Indre in a heavenly setting. The pool is natural in the Indre, a sandy beach allows access to the whitewater pool (adjustable current intensity). Its surface area is 150 m2, livable on 2 levels On the ground floor, a kitchen open to the living room with a seating area (surface area 50 m²) Equipped kitchen, large induction hob, electric oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, automatic coffee machine... Living room: corner sofa, TV, wood-burning stove Living room with large extendable table capacity 6 to 14 people Separate boiler room with washer and dryer Entrance hall (8 m²) and toilet Upstairs 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 to 8 people The Miller's room, the Mill room and the Spillway room with sink Bathroom with shower and bathtub Separate toilet.
