The Annex is close to Trowbridge, 17km from Lacock Abbey, 20km from Longleat Safari Park, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A garden with bbq facilities, free WiFi & parking. 1 bedroom for upto 3 adults or a family of 1-2 adults with 2-3 children (please see other details to note) There is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a bathroom with shower & free toiletries. Towels & bed linen provided. University of Bath is 23km. Nearest airport is Bristol 52km away The space Fully equipped with tasteful decor in keeping with its surroundings, The Annex provides a very tranquil base for up to four people. The seating area upstairs boasts amazing far reaching views across the fields, and is an ideal space to relax, take in nature and enjoy your stay. PLEASE NOTE THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ARE SUCH THAT (SEE FLOOR PLAN IN IMAGES) THERE IS A DOUBLE BED AND A DOUBLE SOFA BED, BOTH IN THE SAME ROOM. THE SOFA BED WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR ONE ADULT (IF ALL GUESTS ARE HAPPY TO SLEEP IN THE SAME ROOM) OR TWO SMALLER CHILDREN. Guest access The garden is available for guest to use, although please bear in mind it is shared with the main house and that there is a very small dog that may be in the garden from time to time. Other things to note We operate a no shoes policy in the upstairs area of The Annex. Spare bedding, towels, cleaning products and tea, coffee, you will need to bring milk if required. We are keen on recycling and the environment hence the solar panel to the main house. Please use the main house recycling facilities to the side of The Annex. In the season the bank to the front of the main house is covered in a bed of beautiful wild flowers to attract the bees. The main house, which shares the garden with The Annex is home to a very tiny, friendly little dog called Thea, who you may see wandering around the grounds at times. There isn't any charging available for electric vehicles.
