Rural, (fishing) water, sauna, wonderful rest

Directly on the water, we rent out a cozy cottage with kitchen, box spring bed, bathroom and sauna. Fantastic views of farmlands and Egboetswater nature reserve. Visit the historic towns of Enkhuizen, Hoorn and Medemblik. 40 minutes by car from Amsterdam, one hour from Texel, 40 minutes by car from the North Holland coast. Wonderful area for biking and hiking. Fishing water in front of the door. The accommodation has its own entrance, so you have all the privacy. The space Detached cottage, with sauna, kitchen and shower. There are 3 sleeping places available. The room has a television with Netflix, so you can watch your favorite series or movies in peace. There is internet, and if you want to work, that is possible. There are magazines and board games that you can use. If you need anything, feel free to ask, we are happy to help you. Guest access You can use the sauna. Please provide the final meter reading on the sauna and we will send a payment request. There is a fridge available. Enjoy the view sitting on the jetty, close to nature. The canoe can also be used, just send a message. Other things to note Tip: Bring binoculars, the view is amazing and there is always something to spot, white herons, hares, geese, ducks, coots, swans, kingfishers. Many of our guests visit the beach in Egmond aan Zee, Texel, Alkmaar and Amsterdam. Beautiful places in the Netherlands and easily accessible by car from Oostwoud. Cycling guests often choose to visit the Ijsselmeer, Medemblik and Enkhuizen. Walking in the Egboetswater is also wonderful (and can be done without a bicycle or car). The cottage is also very suitable for relaxing and resting.
