Sleeps 8 plus one cot and one travel cot. 4 double bedrooms, 3 ensuite. 4th bedroom is next door to main bathroom. Downstairs wc. Spacious fitted kitchen with island and snug area. Dishwasher. Lounge with wood burner. Underfloor heating. Utility room with washer and dryer. Fast WiFi, Netflix. Pool table and ping pong table Large garden overlooking fields with slide & trampoline, accessed via stairs. Seating area and patio ground floor level. Parking for several cars to front. The space Victorian house with an ever changing contemporary vibe. Large modern spacious kitchen perfect for entertaining. The large lounge has a wood burner and comfy corner sofa. In the second reception room there is a full size pool table, sofa and projector to have a cinema night. The utility room has a Miele washing machine and dryer, washing powder is provided. Plus a hanging rail for drying clothes not suitable for the dryer. There is also a separate sink for washing muddy boots and lots of space for hanging coats and shoes. Upstairs the master bedroom has a super king size bed and ensuite. Clothes storage is provided for guests. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and overlooks the garden and fields behind and has ensuite and wardrobe space. Bedroom 3 is a large double looking over the back. Although not ensuite, it is next door to the main bathroom. This room also has a cot in it. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and ensuite. There is a PS4 which can be used by guests as long as children are supervised. And a boxing practice hanging which can be up or down as preferred There is a main family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, bidet and sink. Any toiletries left out are for guests to use. We provide all linen and towels. Outside is a patio are perfect for drinks and chilling. There is a full flight of stone steps up to a large garden with badminton, a slide and a swing. We have a gate for the stairs to contain little ones from going up there. Please be aware this is our family home, and not a holiday home. We enjoy the Airbnb experience as it gives us the opportunity to go off and explore other places while we have guests but it does mean some cupboards, drawers and wardrobes will have our bits in. We make sure there is plenty of space for guests items but we like to make people aware it isn’t a holiday home so there will be personal items around. Guest access The guests have access to the whole house with a couple of exceptions. The garage and cellar will be locked as this is where we will store our belongings. There is ample space in the house for guests storage. We will also have a limited number of kitchen cupboards to keep our kitchen essentials in, canned goods, dry foods, cereals etc. While the items in the cupboards aren’t included in the stay, guests are free to have a look of there are items they are missing and need. As it is our home there are photos around, clothes in some of the cupboards etc but we make sure there is plenty of storage for guests Other things to note Please note there is a full flight of stairs to access the top lawned garden. There is a patio area directly outside the kitchen, accessed via bifold doors but to access the large lawned area you must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. We do have a gate to block the stairs to stop little ones heading up there on their own.
