The 250 m2 of the property are at your sole disposal, with its patio, accommodation, semi-covered terrace and garden facing the ocean. From the American kitchen you can access the flowered patio for a breakfast brightened by birdsong. You can grill fresh fish over charcoal. The space The accommodation is an elegant mix between traditional Moroccan and modern comfort, as it is fully equipped with large and small appliances in the American kitchen, and the bedrooms have Kiné Dorsal mattresses. The master bedroom has a window overlooking the flowered patio, TV, and direct access to the bathroom. The living room is also very bright with its two windows and has six very comfortable mattresses. Apartment crossing and therefore bright, the sun shines in the morning on the flowered patio and in the afternoon at the terrace and garden to give us every evening an enchantment for the eyes when it sets in the ocean. The location is exceptional because in front of the beach, with the calm and peacefulness, nature, it is not uncommon to come across sheep, horses or camels! and also a few minutes walk from the village with all its shops and services, its fish market and the Wednesday souk. Guest access The accommodation is 100 m2, the back patio 30 m2, the front terrace facing the garden and the ocean 20 m2, the garden in front 100 m2, so you have 250 m2 at your disposal! and in front you have the space to park your vehicle. Other things to note Leaving Agadir, towards Essaouira, 12 km away, you are in Aourir, "Banana village" named by Jimmy Hendrix in the 70s, thanks to the delicious little bananas, in addition to the sun, the blue sky and the ocean... Aourir is also renowned for its tajines, the Wednesday souk will intoxicate you with colors and flavors with its fruits and vegetables. Towards Immouzer and its waterfalls, the honey road runs along the valley of paradise that zigzags between the wadi and its pools... Near the house you have the Royal Solidarity Surf Club because you are at "banana beach", a famous surf spot. You can go horse or camel riding! and quad tours, all next to the ocean. The temperature is moderate in July and August: average maximum 30° air, average 21°/22° water (supervised beach) Upon arrival, a trusted person is there to welcome you and remains at your disposal during your stay.
