The space: • Ground floor: Light conservatory with large dining table, cozy living room and access to the garden with hot tub. • First floor: Luxury bedroom with double bed (equipped with a new 160x200 mattress), a stylish bathroom with freestanding bathtub and double sink. • Attic floor: A spacious, cozy room with a pallet bed (140x200) and sitting area with TV. • Practical: Guest toilet in hall downstairs and in bathroom on first floor. Important to know: • The bathroom has a freestanding bath with hand shower, suitable for a sitting bath or shower. • Due to the current energy crisis, the price per night is set at €200, regardless of the number of guests. This guarantees a warm and comfortable stay without additional energy costs. Guest access You have access to the complete ground floor with conservatory and spacious shady garden with hot tub. On the 1st floor is the two-person bedroom with 1.60 x 2.00 bed and the bathroom with freestanding bathtub and double sink. There is a toilet both upstairs and downstairs. In the spacious attic with sitting area, you will find a pallet bed of 1.40x2.00 m. Other things to note Please read this before you make a request: You can only book my house by sending me a personal message and asking if it is free, as this is my home. Smoking is only allowed in the garden. No parties, no pets, no small children. Wifi code on the back of the modem, which is in front of the window in the living room.
